Highly Bless Divine Ministries was develop and inspired by God, in March of 2017. Minister Angel answer the call for God to have her to work outside four walls. This Ministry is design to help Men and Women of God to develop a better relationship with God, and WINNING souls for Christ on a different Level. Fellowship is requirement with this ministries so all can be involved. No matter age, gender, sex or background WE are here to serve God and help community.
